Scotland's new "Hate Crime Bill" commences a new dark age for free speech
Humza Yousaf's controversial hate crime bill has come into full force in Scotland today.
The right to freely express yourself and even the most grotesque speech (with the exception of incitement) should be protected and the law should not impede or undermine this. That’s what I would have hoped any sane person would spout when confronted on the topic of free speech, but sadly it’s not the case. In the age of tribalism where a lack of community and a disregard for our own nation’s values are prominent, it is difficult not to notice who has been ideologically subverted through tribalistic politics and who is interested in serious conversation or debate.
I cannot take any government or nation seriously when this fundamental right to a human being is wilfully taken away because somebody said something mean on the internet, the only conclusion as to why this has happened is due to an ever-growing weakness, a weakness of the mind and the soul by men who have over decades decided to pursue “empathy politics”, which ironically in the long-run undermines the principles of what it means to be compassionate due to removing another right of expression due to feelings. We have allowed this to foster during one of the most comfortable times in the West up until arguably 2001.
Now we turn to Scotland, where Humza Yousaf has kicked off Scotland’s free speech dark age with a chilling new hate crime bill which has been put in force on the 1st of April (there’s a hint of irony there). The bill was approved by 82 votes to 32 and with four abstentions, which is shocking in of itself, to which the bill creates a new crime of, “stirring up hatred” relating to age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or being intersex.

I cannot imagine a 23-year-old, white, heterosexual, male, Christian with a disability having their rights protected from this bill; yet, the activist class who put identity politics on a pedestal is now in command in this secularist society. This is what happens when liberalism flourishes into its final form, it is the idolisation of oneself and in turn, one’s feelings, that cannot be measured. What is perhaps more concerning about this bill is the criminalisation of "hate speech" in a person's private home. Yep, Scotland has adopted Soviet-style legislation. Nobody is safe because of the complexity of the human nature of perception; what one person views as criticism, another may interpret as hatred.
Writer of the famous Harry Potter franchise JK Rowling tweeted out a thread today saying, “Scotland's Hate Crime Act comes into effect today. Women gain no additional protections, of course, but well-known trans activist Beth Douglas, darling of prominent Scottish politicians, falls within a protected category. Phew!” this was tweeted with two pictures of this transgender activist where he put up photos of himself holding knives with the caption, “I heard y’all hate trans women, knives and axes. love from Glasgow.” And another of him holding an axe with a trans flag painted across this with the caption, “If it all goes tits up, or whatever the result, direct action gets the goods & you can take the change by force.” This is all as Humza Yousaf justifies the new bill, stating, "This bill is about protecting people against that rising tide of hatred that we see far too prevalent in our society nowadays." Humza will not (and I allege that he is aware but refuses to) acknowledge that the activist class prevalent within not only the institutions and the education system, who actively enforce gender ideology through compelled speech, as well as active campaigns to send people to prison who are critical of their tribe including the religious fundamentals, are some (but not all) of the most hate-filled people I've ever encountered, and not just on the internet.

in regards to the hate Love-filled activist class, I would happily respect their right to freely hate (except incitement) without the law getting involved, unfortunately, the activist class, like a shark, once it gets a taste of blood, cannot help themselves, and seek it out. Immediately, these activists have already gotten to work, where Comedian and writer Graham Lineham, was told by a trans activist that he had been reported for his “toy car tweet” which wrote, “There is no way that bloke has had any surgery, beyond getting toy cars removed from his arse.”

There is a twist in this, however, Scottish Labour Leader Anas Sarwar is now being reported en masse due to his speech in the Scottish Parliament on the 11th of April 2020 about his unhappiness with the amount of white people in government and institutions.
The post reported by UNN reads, “We have seen evidence of reports where people say this 'feels wrong' due to his constant talking about white people. From looking at many accounts across social media people are complaining about this by dialling 101 and using the official form.”
Some people have been having a lot of fun with the form to fill out a report.
And so it begins, the final nail in the coffin has been hammered in, and the rest that is added to the coffin will be mere decoration. Only time will tell whether we see a U-turn, let us pray and hope for the future of Scotland and other countries in the west that are plummeting down this route.
Anas Sarwar is being reported for complaining about too many white people in authority. Didn't the Mr. Yousef do the same thing in Holyrood? Will he be reported? Or have I got my facts wrong?
